Dashboards
Compose a home screen from resizable widgets — live stats, recent activity, alerts, tasks and the AI assistant.
Your dashboard is the home screen of a workspace. It's a grid of widgets you can add, resize and arrange to suit how you work. Widgets read live from your data, so the numbers stay current as records change.
Widgets#
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Clock | Current date, time and a greeting |
| To-Do List | A personal task list |
| Quick Stats | Totals across the workspace, plus your busiest forms |
| Recent Activity | The latest records added across all forms |
| OBIC Assistant | The AI helper for building forms and automations |
| Quick Links | Shortcuts to the Marketplace and form creation |
| Alerts | Flow notifications, filterable by level, kind and read state |
Widgets come in sizes from small to full-width and snap to a 12-column grid. Drag a widget's handle to resize it, and drag it to reposition. The Alerts widget can appear more than once, so you can keep one view for critical alerts and another for everything.
Live stats#
The Quick Stats widget reads directly from your workspace and shows:
- total number of forms,
- total records across all forms,
- active users, and
- your top forms by record count, as a small bar chart.
Because it queries live, the figures reflect whatever you and your team have entered — no refresh or rebuild needed.
Default layouts#
A new workspace with no forms yet keeps things simple — a clock, the assistant, and quick links to get you building. Once you have forms and data, the default layout fills out with Quick Stats, Recent Activity and a to-do list, giving you an at-a-glance view of the operation. You can reshape any of it at any time.
